The AOL version 5.x and 6.x browsers are based on Microsoft Internet
Explorer. There are several preferences you may change in your browser
to improve the quality of your experience on the Internet. You can learn
about these changes here.
These instructions are for AOL version 5.x running
under the Windows operating system. Configuring other versions of
AOL is similar.

Select Preferences from the My AOL drop down menu.
step two
Click on the button for WWW preferences.

Then click on the Custom Level button.

The vast majority of AOL users do not need to configure
the Cascading Style Sheet features of their browser so we have not
included those instructions on this page. In the unlikely event that
you do need to adjust CSS properties, you can find instructions
here.
